Joseph “Joe” Costa is a Knights of Columbus Field Agent with the M. Stice Agency, serving brother Knights and their families in Montgomery County and Chester County, Pennsylvania. Joe has been a member of the Knights of Columbus since 2023 and became a Field Agent for the Order in 2024. 
When asked why he became a field agent, Joe said, “I became a field agent to answer God’s call of protecting Catholic families through The Knights of Columbus product portfolio. Ensuring my brother Knights and their families in my community are protected and taken care of in their time of need is of utmost importance to me. It is a blessing to be able to achieve that at a professional level.”
Originally from Monroe Township, NJ, Joe enjoyed a 14 year career in the non-profit sector and ran the administration and titling department for a car dealership before becoming a field agent.
Joe and his wife, Kara, have two young boys. Joe and Kara currently reside in Levittown where they are parishioners of Saint Michael the Archangel and Joe is a member council #14626. Joe is extremely active in the home and school association, an usher, a bingo committee member, a co-founder of the Saint Michael Youth Ministry Group and frequently volunteers for any parish or community needs. Joe has previously held the position of warden with his council, is a COR Program participant and volunteers for all Knights events and parish activities.
In his spare time, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering at church, coaching baseball and basketball, fishing and all outdoor sports. 
When asked what he hopes to achieve for his members, Joe said he strives to create long-lasting relationships built on trust and the fraternal bond with his members and clients. Also, to provide them with protection for their families and guidance for their future and current needs.
Joe has extensive knowledge of the products the Knights of Columbus offers to members and their families and stands ready to help them achieve their financial goals.
